You have waited and it's Here! Experience the new Online Banking and Mobile Banking!

The Orlando Federal Credit Union Online and Mobile Banking upgrade is complete. Online and Mobile Banking users are able to log in to the new system. We truly hope you like the new experience. Keep in mind this is just the beginning. We are already working on new online tools to help you manage your money even better.
We have listed a few tips below to assist you as you get acclimated to the new system:

How to I login?

When accessing the new Online Banking, you will need your Member Number and the last six digits of the main account holder's social security number. Enter the Member Number in the Username field and the last six digit of the main account holder's social security number in the Password field.

Where do I find my Member number?

Here’s some suggestions on where to access your Member Number:

  • On your eStatements
  • On your Checks
  • Your Membership card

Are you a Mobile Banking user?

Please delete the old Mobile App from your device, and go to your App Store to download the new Mobile App. Please Note: Mobile users will be able to login for the first time using their mobile device.

It is always a good idea to review your information after changes. Here is a checklist:

Make sure that all of your Orlando Federal Credit Union accounts and transactions are appearing correctly. Check your balances.

If you are a Bill Pay user, make sure that your payees and payments are appearing.

Please note: If you scheduled a payment before June 9 at 6 pm, it WILL process. However, there may be a lag time until these payments appear in your history. Rest assured that this will be resolved by Wednesday, June 14.

Set up transfers in the new Online Banking system that did not move over from the old system.

Set up alerts in the new Online and Mobile Banking system.

It’s easy! On your computer, go to Additional Services in the top navigation > select Text Banking and Alerts, then set up your preferences as to when and how you would like to receive Alerts. In the Mobile App, go to the More button in the bottom navigation > click Settings > click Push Notifications > then set up your preference.
