Home Equity Line of Credit

A type of real estate loan which provides a revolving line of credit based on the equity in your home. A line of credit can be used for everything - from home improvements to debt consolidation or other major purchases or expenses. A Home Equity Line of Credit loan may also be tax deductible (please speak to a tax consultant about deductibility). Our HELOCs come with a "variable rate" which is tied to the Prime Lending Rate. The Prime Lending Rate is published in your local newspaper (Orlando Sentinel) in the business section every Wednesday.
