CU Team Accounts For Teens

CU Team is more than just an account. We've developed a great program for Orlando Federal Credit Union members age 13-18. This special savings account entitles teens to attend special seminars and events that include topics on:

• Savings Accounts
• Understanding Interest
• Checking Accounts
• ATMs and ATM cards
• Credit
• Credit Cards and Debit Cards
• Loans
• Investments

To open a CU Team account, it takes only $5, and that money stays in the member's account. CU Team accounts (until the age of 18) are exempt from the low balance fee.

Teen age 16 and up are eligible to open an OFCU checking account. ATM cards and credit cards are available for qualified CU Team members once they reach the age of 18.

Notice: Any savings account below $200 becomes inactive after 1 year of no activity. To avoid a $5 per month dormant account fee, we suggest at least one member generated transaction per year.
